One basic attack, no situational moves, enemies that barely attack, overall sluggish pace, uninspired encounter design and everything feels slow to accommodate unresponsive touch controls. Worse than even the most flawed classic beat em ups.

But controls are unresponsive on my iphone 5 and ipad mini retina. Complete rage inducing garbage. Makes me wanna break stuff. Meh. Its theres ever a patch fixing controls Ill play again. Untill then... DELETE!

I would have given five stars if the game had better controls

It looks like everything else but the game design was worked out for this game. I dont mind the silly story, and while I do enjoy the artwork, the animations and the music/sfx, the gameplay gets super repetitive and boring really fast. All I can do is move, jump, attack while on ground and in air and pick up weapons to attack with. The enemies are really not that difficult. I barely got hit until reaching the first boss and even then he was easy to defeat. The ai needs to be thought out more to make the game challenging and other game mechanics need to be added to keep things interesting.

Thumb pad control needs work. Its often too hard to quickly turn around or go down. The enemies also stay offscreen too often. I also ran into a glitch when I had a golf club. There was another club on the ground at the same place as enemies. I just kept switching clubs instead of attacking!

Way to short! The hardest boss was the cop on level 2. The worst enemy in this game was the GLITCH that kept sending me back to the title screen just when I was about to beat a level. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THE PROGRAMERS A BEAT DOWN

Its a fun game that looks nice but the control pad and the buttons make this game almost unplayable. Learn from other games with good gamepads?

Its a great game but please fix crashing

If I knew you couldnt get rid of the in-game ads ,I wouldnt have paid for this game.

Great game but fix the crashing problem

Ive seen a few people complain about crashing, but this wasnt a problem for me (iPhone 5). Ive also seen some complaints about the controls which can be annoying and sometimes a little broken, but it didnt hold me back too much and is much better then some of the ports of similar games. Story wise yeah its kinda meh, but then again I dont even remember the story for streets of rage and yet I loved the hell out of that game. Overall I liked it and I would recommend it to anyone who has a craving for that type of beatem up.

Gameplay is great fun gameplay there is just 3 things that they need to fix. The game crashes way to much and the controls are kinda hard to use please fix this

Fun, simple beat em up. You only have two buttons (jump and punch) and a small variety of weapons and bad guys to beat up. Pretty easy to beat and doesnt last that long (however, there is an endless mode). Worth it for the price.

I love the game but in NEEDS A SHOP plez it will be so much cooler thats all but I live the game and the bosses are so cool so good game and thats all.

Too short . Too plain. Got boring quickly. Good art but art alone doesnt cut it. Not worth 99 cents in my opinion

Please make there a blood on/off button because i just wasted 1.00$ on this game and thats alot to a kid! The game is awesome but i cant play it because there is blood in it please make changes to this game.

It was okay, but it gets a little repetitive and has terrible controls. Its only a dollar, so if youve got an extra buck to blow, its an alright game, but with so many free games on the market, I expect a little more from something I have to pay money for.

This game is really satisfying but its just really hard to get past the first level

The boss fights are way too hard. Theres no means to defend yourself while fighting. Not much fun if the first boss is nearly impossible to get past. Really needs work on the balancing.
